Enjoy a seven-night stay at the exclusive Villa La Estancia. Enjoy a two-bedroom, three-bathroom 2,100 square foot privately-owned ocean view luxury condo located right on Medano Beach, Cabo’s most popular swimmable location. This unit has fabulous ocean views, professionally decorated to sleep up to (8) and provides hotel maid service and room service. Property amenities include several pools, hot tubs, fitness facility, full spa facilities and numerous unique amenities.
Enjoy its great location: walk to town, take a water taxi to the marina or take a traditional taxi anywhere along the coast from Cabo San Lucas to the old town of San Jose del Cabo.
Housekeeping service is provided every other day complimentary. Additional housekeeping, ground transportation and pre-arrival shopping can be arranged according to your needs for an additional fee.
Valid one year from date of purchase, subject to availability and excluding holidays (holidays may be available for an additional fee). This package includes a 1-yr introductory service plan into Private Trade Winds, A Luxury Access Company (www.privatetradewinds.com). A credit application and one-time master lease agreement will be required.
Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All packages have a no refund policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Suggested retail value is calculated using peak rack room rates.
